Presentation
The team at the Vice-Rectorate for Culture, Equality, and Diversity and its Office for Culture, Equality, and Diversity welcome you. Our primary goal is to foster high-quality public university culture; to this end, we work on all types of diverse cultural actions and projects. The cross-cutting nature of our activities allows us to integrate and maintain a constant commitment to bilingualism, equality, diversity, and sustainability across our programs.
Feel free to explore our website to discover comprehensive and up-to-date information on visual arts, performing arts, and open calls.
Certification and credit recognition for our activities
Some of our activities are eligible for certification. The programs for the activities organized by the Office for Culture, Equality, and Diversity are approved by the University Governing Council and adhere to strict quality standards. The UMH issues the corresponding certificate for the activity, which includes general details, the program, the teaching staff, and the transversal skills developed through participation.
For UMH students: Certificates are issued in electronic format via the UMH Electronic Office (Sede Electrónica). This provides convenient and fast access to certificates 365 days a year, and they are automatically added to the student’s academic record alongside their formal degree training.
For students from other universities: You may request ECTS credit recognition at your home university. For universities outside of Spain, this will be subject to the regulations of the specific institution.
Applications for public calls or private companies: These certificates may count towards continuous professional development, although this will depend on the specific scoring criteria of each call or job application.
